AD Athletics was built through pressure.

By Wayne Anderson Jr. and Josh Davis, two athletes who spent years training side by side, demanding more from ourselves and each other. We ran the track together, lifted every chance we got, and played a little bit of football together in the offseason. Even during COVID, when most people slowed down, we kept pushing forward. Those moments forged more than physical strength. They built a mindset.

Through us, our teammates, and our closest friends, the standard was always the same. Demand more. More effort. More discipline. The mentality behind it never changed.
Adapt or Die.

 Staying the same was never an option. Progress was never optional. It was expected.

That mindset didn’t stay in the gym or on the track. It followed us into every area of life.

The idea for AD Athletics was born in 2020. In 2025, we brought it to life. Not as a trend, not as a logo, but as a reflection of the mindset we lived by long before the brand existed.
